Your business name, the public links you enter (website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), any Google rating and review count you type in, your name, email and phone if you give them, your answers to the Secured questions and the quick questions about your pages, and the report we create. To stop misuse we keep a short scrambled code made from your internet address; we don't store the address itself.
We use it to run your check, show you your report and, only if you tick the box, contact you about your results. We read only the public web pages you list, the way a browser does. We never log in to your accounts, and we don't scan or test any of your systems.
We don't sell or share your details. This site uses no advertising or tracking tools and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie for My checks.
If you sign in to My checks, we keep a profile linked to your email address. Signing in uses a one-time link that works once, for 15 minutes; there's no password, and we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of each link. Your profile keeps your last 3 checks: the date, your business details and links, your answers, your Visibility Score and Secured Score, and the report. When a 4th check is saved, the oldest one, its report and its PDF are deleted for good. Checks you run with the same email are only added to your profile after you've signed in with that email. We use one cookie to keep you signed in; it isn't used for tracking and ends when you sign out or after 30 minutes without activity.
Sign in to My checks and choose Delete my profile and checks. This deletes your profile and every check run with your email, including the reports and PDFs, and their links stop working. You can also ask us to do it by emailing hello@powafusionx.com.au.
If you use our website, social media or IT services, we set up a portal account for you. We keep your name, business name, email address and the services you use with us. In the portal we store the updates, files and reports we share with you, and any requests or messages you send us.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so you don't have a password for us to store. We record who signs in and what our team changes, so we can keep your account secure.
If you also use Seen&Secured, your checks and reports only appear in your portal if you choose to turn that on. You can turn it off at any time, and your reports are kept.
Only you and the powafusionx team can see your portal. We store your information on servers in Melbourne, Australia, and we only use it to deliver our services to you. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@powafusionx.com.au or call 0401 007 221.
On our own system. How long we keep reports that aren't in a profile, and profiles that aren't used for a long time, is still to be confirmed (Poloko to decide). You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@powafusionx.com.au.
